Synopsis:

This is my 2nd book by Riley Sager and I enjoyed this one more than the first (The Only One Left). This is a slow-burn thriller/horror but it didn't feel too slow to me. There is a lot going on and although I was able to predict who the antagonist was, the reasoning was shocking. It was a pretty creepy read. We read this for book club, and I enjoyed the fact that it worked really well to have a discussion over. Not many thrillers have that but this one did.
